Profiteroles

After flicking through my countless baking books searching for something to bake, I was struck by inspiration whilst out shopping and decided my challenge would be to make profiteroles and here are the results :)

      Without wanting to blow my own trumpet they actually were amazing! I might post the recipe soon, I adapted a Gordon Ramsay one (swearing optional!) x
